At our hotel, the safety of our customers is our top priority, and we take care of food allergies as follows.

 

1. For guests staying at the hotel, based on your request at the time of reservation, we will deal with food allergies.

We may refuse the request on the day from the viewpoint of the safety of the customers.

*Please be sure to inform us in advance about ingredients that you cannot eat for religious reasons.

 

2. We use the same cooking utensils and cooking oil as other ingredients for allergen preparation.

We would like to inform you that due to the facility environment in the kitchen, a small number of allergens may be mixed in, and we cannot completely remove allergens.

 

3. Allergen information is provided based on raw materials used and raw material information (food labeling) from the manufacturer.

As for 20 items equivalent to specified raw materials, it may be difficult to obtain accurate information from the viewpoint of labeling obligations, and we may only provide information on 8 items of specified raw materials.

 

4. If you are allergic to wheat or soy, we refuse to serve food because it is difficult to provide safe food and drink. We are afraid but please bring your own meals.

In this case, the accommodation charge will be for staying without meals. Please ask us when you make a reservation.

 

5. Our hotel is located at an altitude of 2,612 meters, and it takes considerable time for emergency services to arrive in the event of a life-threatening event.

Regardless of the severity, we ask that you provide information in advance and consult with us about emergency response.
