[Information for Guests Staying at Hotel Senjojiki]
Mountain weather can change rapidly and may become extremely severe.
The route bus operates along Prefectural Route 75. However, the section between the Kurokawadaira and Shirabidaira bus stops is a mountain road subject to rainfall restrictions. If heavy rainfall exceeds a specified level, the road may be closed to reduce the risk of landslides and other hazards.
In addition, the Komagatake Ropeway may suspend operations due to strong winds, lightning, or other adverse weather conditions.
In such cases, Hotel Senjojiki will always prioritize the safety of our guests and may be unable to accommodate your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping ensure a safe and enjoyable mountain experience.
- Reservations are accepted six months in advance, with bookings opening one month at a time.
[Example]: Reservations for stays between July 1 and July 31 open on January 1 of the same year.
Reservations by phone and online open at 9:00 on the reservation opening date. After that, online reservations are available 24 hours a day.
- “For single-guest stays”, reservations for the peak season (July–October) are accepted starting three months in advance.

Transportation schedules vary by season. Please be sure to check the departure time of the last route bus.

Cancellation charges apply as follows: 20% from 3 days before your arrival date, 50% on the day of arrival, and 100% for no-shows without prior notice.
(Example: For a reservation on January 10, cancellation charges apply from January 7.)

Guests arriving early on the day of check-in may store their luggage free of charge in the hotel’s designated luggage room.
Luggage may also be stored free of charge until your departure on the day of check-out.
Please use the paid coin-operated lockers for valuables.

Please note that room-only stays may not be available depending on the season and occupancy.
Guests staying on a room-only basis are also unable to dine at the restaurant outside its operating hours.
