Japan’s Terrace Closest to the Sky offers panoramic views of the awe-inspiring Senjojiki Cirque and the rugged Mount Hoken, where you can experience the breathtaking beauty of the Central Alps up close. Crafted from wood to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, the terrace provides a comfortable and relaxing space at an elevation of 2,612 m. On clear days during the summer and autumn seasons, guests can also enjoy meals on the terrace.
Enjoy the warm atmosphere inspired by the theme of “a mountain lodge with a touch of luxury,” while taking in panoramic views of the seasonally changing Senjojiki Cirque and Mount Hoken, the symbol of the Central Alps.
