For on-site purchase, please purchase Ropeway tickets at the ticket counter of Suganodai Bus Center (*) or at the ticket counter of Shirabidaira Sta. Passengers boarding a Route Bus outside of the Suganodai Bus Center must pay the bus fare to the bus driver when they get off the Route Bus. Sightseeing buses and cars should transfer to Route Buses at Suganodai Bus Center, highway buses should transfer to Route Buses at Nyotai-Iriguchi or Suzuran-Dori, and JR Iida Line passengers should transfer to Route Buses in front of Komagane Sta.
The Suganodai Bus Center Ticket Office will be open from 30 minutes before First Departure to 15:45. During the winter season (usually from December to March), the Suganodai Bus Center ticket counter is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 7:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. If the Suganodai Bus Center is not open, please pay cash on board for buses and at the counter at Shirabidaira Sta. for the ropeway.
