*Payment must be made in advance. There are no cancellation fees or other charges.
The only payment method accepted is credit card.
We do not accept changes to the number of guests after a reservation has been made. If you need to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

This special flight departs at 5:00 a.m. (*Note: On some dates, the departure time is 6:00 a.m. due to schedule changes; please check the notes below.)
Since this is a special flight, we will take you to Shirabidaira earlier than on a regular flight.Please enjoy Senjojiki early in the morning on this flight.
During this time of year, Senjojiki attracts many visitors, so there may be some waiting time.

The check-in and boarding location on the day of the event will be different from the usual “Sugano-dai Bus Center” bus stop.
Located just a one-minute walk from Sugano-dai Bus Center, this is a parking lot exclusively for tour buses.

*If you are coming by car, please park at one of the nearby parking lots (such as the Suganodai Bus Center) and walk to the venue. Please note that on busy days, the “Suganodai Bus Center Parking Lot,” which is closest to the registration desk, may reach capacity. If it is full, you will be directed to a temporary parking lot, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.

② Please have the e-ticket screen—which will be sent to the email address you registered in advance—ready, and present it to the staff at the ticket counter to receive your ticket.
③ The special bus departs at 5:00 a.m., arrives at Shirabidaira Station at 5:30 a.m., and then passengers board the ropeway.

・We will make a decision on whether to proceed with the tour the day before it is scheduled to take place. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you by phone or email around noon on the day before the tour. Please make sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
・Please note that reservations are not required for the return flight.
