1.Measures of preventing and minimizing the spread of the Novel Corona-virus
(1)To all visitors
・When you visit our facility, please wear face mask and observe “cough etiquette”
*”cough etiquette” refers to the use of masks, tissues, handkerchiefs, and sleeves to cover the mouth and nose when an individual coughs or sneezes, in order to prevent infection from spreading to others.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・You are aged or pregnant; Please judge carefully for your health
※Please refrain from using our facilities if you meet any of the following conditions;
・You have a cold symptoms or a fever of 37.5℃ or over
・You have a strong feeling of weariness (fatigue) or shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
・You feel sick or you have worries about your health
・There is a COVID-19 patient in your family living together or acquaintance
・Past 14 days, you had been to the country which is designated to “immigration restriction”
or you had a close contact with the person who is resident of the area
・You are instructed to stay at home at public health centers, etc.
(2)Details of measures of each facilities
〇Chuo Alps Komagatake Ropeway
・We would reduce riding capacity.
If the maximum number of people is exceeded, we would operate additional ropeway
・If the queue become long, we would distribute “Boarding ticket” to avoid people crowding

・Regularly sterilization inside of facility
・Ventilating inside of gondolas regularly
・Putting disinfection
・Installation of signs for keeping distance among the customers
〇Route Bus (Komagatake Ropeway Line)
・We would reduce riding capacity.
If the maximum number of people is exceeded, we would operate additional ropeway
・Putting disinfection on platform
・Ventilating inside of buses regularly
・Sterilization of buses’ interior
・Installation of vinyl curtains on driver seat to avoid droplet infection
・Installation of signs for keeping distance among the customers
〇Hotel Senjojiki
・Ventilating inside of facility regularly
・Regularly sterilization inside of facility
・Putting disinfection
・Reducing seats of eating space for keeping distance among the customers
【For guests】
・We would like to take guests’ temperature before check-in
・We would reduce accommodation capacity
(3)About our staff
・Wearing face mask during working hours
・Taking temperature before attendance
・Washing hands, gargling and disinfecting with alcohol
